Refund policy

Our Refund and Cancellation Policies are designed to be simple and transparent for you to comprehend. If you want to cancel an item, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order, or before it is dispatched. Items can’t be cancelled once they’ve been shipped; they can only be returned. In both cases, a refund will be initiated.

Simply Whatsapp us at 8100452684 with a photo of the item and the reason for cancellation/Return, along with your order number, for cancellations/Return Request .

We will initiate a refund once we receive the email and conduct a quality analysis on it. All payments will be processed within four working days after receipt of return courier and will be paid via NEFT( Through Bank Account ), Google Pay , Phone pe & PayTm.

Return and Exchange Policy

We have a “100% Customer Loyalty Program.” However, we recognise that an experience can be disappointing at times. Feel free that we are always available to assist and ensure that your difficulties are resolved in the best possible way.

The following is a step-by-step explanation of our Return/Exchange Policy:

 

Within 2 days of delivery, send us an image of the product you want to return/exchange via WhatsApp (+91-8100452684 ), along with your order number.

We will refund your money within four working days after receipt of return courier and will be paid via NEFT ( through Bank Account ), Google Pay , Phone pe & PayTm.
Any products that were damaged by the customer are not returnable or exchangeable not refundable.
  • The following are a list of customer losses:
  • Tags are removed
  • The items have a strong body odour.
  • Packaging is lost.
  • The item that is being Washed or Dry-Cleaned or Used.
  • We don’t give any cloth guarantee after its being used or washed . Some Minor color bleed may be possible in first wash.
