We follow a very strict privacy policy as follows
1. Data Collection
We collect your personal information relating to your identity, demographics and when you use our site. Some of the information that we may collect includes but is not limited to Information provided to us during sign-up/registering or using our Platform such as name, date of birth, address, telephone/mobile number, email ID, occupation and any such information shared as proof of identity or address. Some of the sensitive personal information such as your bank account will be required in case you wish to have refunds of COD orders back to your bank account.
We may also request you to share your PAN, GST number, Government issued ID cards/number and Know-You-Customer (KYC) details to establish you indentiy in case of you loose access to your account and are unable to authenticate via other means like OTP/password.
We may track your buying behaviour, preferences, and other information that you choose to provide on our site. We use this information to do research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand and serve our users. This information is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis. 4. Data Deletion Request
User’s may request to delete their account by sending an email to reportpurnay@gmail.com after which they will not be able to access the account anymore. Certain data like purchase history including invoices, billing details, delivery address and payment/refund history may not be deleted as required under any applicable law and for prevention of fraud.
5. DND
You may receive transactional SMS, calls on registered mobile/landline number with us, related to your account/orders placed on our website.
All the calls/SMS will be related to transactions performed on our website
You may be sent promotional SMS related to offers/products on our site. Should you wish to not receive those, you may click on the un-subscribe link provided on those SMS.
You may receive alerts/notifications related to your order on our mobile apps.
You may receive notications on our mobile apps related to new products/offers etc. added on purnay.com
You may turn off notifications if you wish to by changing App Notification settings on your mobile.
6. Advertising
We may use personalised advertising/re-targetting features of ad platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook, or any other ad platform. For this purpose we may share email address, phone number or other personal details in encrypted hash form, used solely for the purpose of matching profiles to deliver better personalised ad experience. Personal identifiable information won’t be shared in clear text with any of the 3rd party sites.
7. Legal issues
Just in case, a transaction is involved in a legal dispute (usually credit card fraud), information might be requested from us in form of a sub-poena (legal demand for information or appearance). In such cases, we might be required to furnish requisite information. In case this occurs, our policy is to first contact the customer (through preferred medium chosen by the customer) to inform them of our legal obligations.
These issues are not common and generally happen in case of credit card frauds. Hence, such information sharing would help in protecting your account and business with us.
Your order details and personal details like address and phone number may be shared if asked by any Government Department eg. Sales Tax Department.
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or elsewhere, purnay shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of the User Information, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event. A “Force Majeure Event” means any event that is beyond the reasonable control of purnay and includes, without limitation, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, lock outs or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, power failure, sabotage, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, system failure, virus, attacks, bugs, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption.
8. Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites that may collect personally identifiable information about you. Any such pages will clearly be identifiable in the browser URL and will not carry the purnay.com logo on the top. We do not take any responsibility for the policies or actions of such websites whatsoever.
However, such links (except for the one to our payment gateway provider) are NOT required to browse or complete any transaction at purnay.com. We have ensured that your experience with us is as private as it should be.

9. Merger, Acquisition and Termination of Service
If we merge with, or are acquired by another company, the resulting combined company will use the Personal Information you have provided as described in this policy. If we cease operation, your Personal Information may be transferred to and used by another company that offers similar or related products or services.
